Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within Spain and 4 to 14 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs are in Spain €4.99 (free over €100) and in the other EU countries €9.99 (free over €150).
We accept returns within the first 14 calendar days after receiving the product. The item must be unused and in its original box to proceed with the refund.
At Filmera, we are confident that you will love our products, as it is crafted with high-quality materials and great attention to detail. However, if you wish to make a return, you must contact us via email at info@filmera.eu. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the return delivery costs will be carried by the customer.
All returns are processed exclusively in the form of store credit (shop voucher) for the value of the returned item. This credit can be used on future purchases in our online store. Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
